Practical Technology, LLC, has developed an emergency warning system for use by departments of transportation. This system reliably detects bridge collapse, immediately alerts unsuspecting motorists, and automatically notifies authorities.

Personal Experience...

"A system like this is long overdue. I could have really
used it back in 1993! I was traveling westbound on IH-10
just east of Houston when the Old River / Lost River
bridge washed out right behind me. It is amazing how
heavy my foot got!"
